What is wrong with me?

I am 13 and I have noticed that my testicles are red, very dry and itchy. I have never had any sexual contact. I think it may be a yeast infection but i don’t know how i got it. I haven’t been taking any medication so I have no idea what is wrong! Could it just be itchy, dry skin?

If you tried to shave or wax them then thats the prob
